Volunteer Your Magic
There’s a role for every heart. Especially yours!
Whether you’ve got 5 minutes or 5 hours, you matter here.
Volunteering at Carmel Del Mar isn’t about doing it all... it’s about doing Something.
That “something” could be as simple as sending in juice boxes, helping at a school event, or bringing your unique skills to our campus. Every bit of support ripples out to impact your child, their classmates, and the spirit of our whole school.

Why Volunteer?
Research shows that when families are involved at school, children:
✔️ Perform better academically
✔️ Have stronger self-esteem
✔️ Show better behavior and social skills
✔️ Are more likely to graduate and succeed long term
Volunteering is one of the most direct ways to be part of that success. You’re modeling connection, care, and commitment — and your child sees it.

EVERYONE A READER VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Help lead our young Dragons into one of the most exciting STEM competitions in the country!
This national program inspires hands-on learning through 23 events in engineering, science, and lab skills. CDM competes in Division B (5th–8th grade), with teams of up to 15 students participating in 50-minute events that challenge their curiosity and problem-solving.
Last year, CDM proudly fielded 3 teams and 34 students — and with your leadership, we can keep the momentum going. If you love science, teamwork, and empowering students, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact!
