In School Surprises
Magical Moments During School Hours
While our kids are busy learning math, reading, and science something extra special is happening!
Behind the scenes, the PTA is hard at work creating surprise-and-delight moments that spark imagination, build confidence, and make school feel joyful.
These events happen during school hours and are for students only. They are fully funded and coordinated by the PTA, in partnership with teachers and staff.
Lunch Assemblies
To celebrate the end of Read-a-thon and hitting our $50,000 goal, we put on an in-school assembly to raffle off prizes and Pie Mr. Lievera in the face! It was a blast!
Extra Recesses
We bring in musicians, scientists, authors, cultural performers, and kindness programs that spark wonder, creativity, and deeper connection.
Mascot Visits
Every once in a while our Mascot Dragon will make a surprise visit at lunch or recess to high-five the kids and bring a sense of wonder to the school day!
Popsicle Parties
Winners of different events or class initiatives get to have a popsicle parties that are fully initiated and funded by the PTA.
Special Lunches
Winners of the Read-a-thon get to have a special lunch with Ms. Lili the librarian as a reward for the most minutes read in their grade!
