Staff Appreciation
At CDM, we don’t just say thank you — we show it.
As The School with a Heart, we believe in expressing our gratitude to the amazing CDM teachers, staff, and support team all year long, not just during Teacher Appreciation Week.
That’s why our Staff Appreciation Program is a monthly surprise-and-delight moment just for them. Every month, CDM parents come together to donate healthy snacks and tasty treats so volunteers can transform the staff break room with and love from our school community. It’s our way of saying: we see you, we thank you, and you matter.
How it Works
Each month, we invite one grade level to help shower our incredible CDM staff with love in the form of snacks and treats.

Check the schedule below to see when your grade level is up.

Click the Sign-Up Genius link for your month and choose an item to bring.

Purchase store-bought, individually packaged snacks or treats.

Drop off your items outside the front office on your assigned Monday between 7:45–8:00 AM. A friendly PTA rep will be there to collect them!
That’s it! A few minutes of your time makes a big difference in the day of someone who gives their heart to our kids.
